NovaCore DMS allows automation of document related tasks removing a lot of manual document lifecycle actions. Version control can be automatically applied while a complete review and approval process management feature is included. Version information is embedded in all documents and the solution offers automatic distribution of documents.
NovaCore DMS integrates with the Microsoft Office suite easily with Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Publisher integration. The solution supports Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 (both 32 and 64 bit versions). An added feature allows for user defined custom fields which when modified in the system automatically update in all documents throughout the system.
As well as the above users can import multiple formats including image, PDFs, and even videos.
