Providing a simple method to model your processes, LogicalDOC allows for advanced customisation of routing and management options. For each document you will be able to track the state where it is located in the current workflow, users can also receive notifications and reminders via email or through LogicalDOC.
Creating and managing workflow models can be done quite quickly through the administrators panel. LogicalDOC allows businesses to execute a number of tasks in parallel or in sequence, allow for multiple users to be assigned, and also allow for escalation management. can quickly create, manage, import/export workflow models with sophisticated events and processes, where any number of tasks can be executed in parallel or serial sequences of steps.
LogicalDOC is integrated into Office and Microsoft Outlook with an Add-in that can be installed on the PC. This allows you to open office documents stored in LogicalDOC directly into your Office application. Vice versa you can also save files directly into the document management system without leaving the Office application.
By doing this users can access document directly in the Office suite, can search document archives easily, and also not worry about version control as LogicalDOC manages versioning and check-out/check-in operations.
Microsoft Outlook integration allows uers to share stored documents with co-workers via email aswell as add documents to routing workflows for approval. Once in the workflow events and alerts can be managed from within LogicalDOC.

LogicalDOC provides extensive mobility of its solution whilst retaining security as a primary focus. LogicalDOC is available through a downloadable iOS or Android app. It can also be accessed through a web-based interface, so no App installation is required i.e. using the standard browser that it is available as standard on any mobile phone or tablet. That means you can access your data, your documents and control your workflow tasks on the go.
