Dokmee allows you to track, watch these workflows, add decisions, and assign actions to them. Dokmee allows users to upload files from your server (internal file system) into the relevant Dokmee file cabinet and vice versa download from the file cabinet. Web upload and download is also available.
It also provides the familiar Windows folder structure with options to manually or automatically sort files into unlimimited folders and levels. User experience is simplified further by allowing quick drag and drop of the Windows structure to recreate in Dokmee.
The modular system can be enhanced and tailored to your specific requirements. Dokmee also provides a seamless experience for your organisation by integrating into applications, ERP systems and other environments. For example the Mirosoft Add-ins allows users to import Microsoft Word documents into Dokmee directly from Microsoft Word, Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Users may also virtually print files into Dokmee directly from other applications using the Dokmee Virtual Printer.
