Users with the share permission can assign items to one or more public users by providing their e-mail address in an assignment dialog. The outside users will receive complete instructions on how to access Content Central as well as the content that’s been shared.
Sharing is taken one step further with automated workflow processing that distributes content automatically. Tasks such as document approvals or change to content or documents can trigger events that will distribute the document to users as the next step.
